Quincaillerie A1 has been one of our prestigious clients for years now. We have been constantly accompanying them on their e-commerce site and digital marketing needs. Our service was once again solicited by them for a specific need.
With a number of agents on the move every day around the island to take orders from their wholesale customers. They take it manually on a presale format and then enter them manually on the POS for processing.
The management was now facing a challenge to decrease one of the steps from this process so as to gain more time to take orders and covering as much as they can while on move. To resolve this issue, we developed a private mobile app for agents to send orders directly to the website reducing subsequently one step for wholesale order processing.
Project completed on time and 100% customer satisfaction.
